"On Zone and Gap 区 间" (2021) is a 16 minutes media work gives a tentative philosophical proposal on how to see the invisible and an attitude towards unknown. There is a Gap between what people already know and what they project to the unknown future. That Gap could be manifested as the invisible, the unknown, the chaos, and the darkness. This work reflects: What are Zone and Gap? Does the cyborg space create a Zone that fulfil our visibility? What are the relations between Zone and Gap? How to transform from invisible to visible? In this work, the concept of Zone and Gap are developed in relation to projection, visibility, measurability and movability.
